Amber Chand and Gwendolyn VanSant discuss Visionary Leadership. Explore the vision of transforming the tragedy of the COVID-19 pandemic and the racial disparities laid bare in to a future where diverse perspectives, voices and resources align to dismantle systems of oppression and patterns of fear and white supremacy. Join us to listen to a conversation between two visionary leaders in the time of the 2020 pandemic and the rising up of the Black Lives Matter Movement after the murder of George Floyd.
A Note From Gwendolyn: As a minority and women run non-profit leader and co-founder, I invited Tracy Gray for her vision of how we can intentionally shift the wealth gap. The initiatives Tracy has created prior to the pandemic prove to be stellar examples of the the how with a clear vision of a new equitable future we can make systemic change. We need to support this vision and consider it a prototype across sectors.
