We’re at a decision point as humanity. How are we going to move forward? We have an opportunity now to embody new ways of leading that will result in a more equitable, inclusive, and just future. It’s time now to deeply examine and re-evaluate our values and learn how to actually embody those with more authenticity. We all mean well. We all want to do good and do right. But we get in our own way. Learn techniques and strategies to support you in showing up how you wish to show up in the world. It all starts with embodiment. Learn how to be powerful, empathetic, and vulnerable all at the same time.

A note from Gwendolyn: Why this talk now? In change work, it is always easier to take action and mobilize others when we draw from our core values. In this time of COVID-19 related stress and trauma, embodiment is essential.
