In light of the disruption that Covid-19 has created in everyone’s lives and its ramifications on the way that work “works,”, Jennifer L Williams has been working to shift the understanding of DEI+I as a metric than can be focused on “later” (as budgets continue to be slashed, remote work has taken over, and many ‘key’ business initiatives are being scrapped) to a staple of planning that must be focused on now. Join Williams for a talk on why diversity, equity, and inclusion must be a cornerstone of any and all plans for the reimagining what work becomes after the storm.
