Tracy Gray On "Growing Intergenerational Wealth for Women and Communities of Color"

A Note From Gwendolyn: As a minority and women run non-profit leader and co-founder, I invited Tracy Gray for her vision of how we can intentionally shift the wealth gap. The initiatives Tracy has created prior to the pandemic prove to be stellar examples of the the how with a clear vision of a new equitable future we can make systemic change. We need to support this vision and consider it a prototype across sectors.
