New Pathways Labs
Curated by Gwendolyn VanSant
Moderated by Aseante Renee and Gwendolyn VanSant
Launching May 18th, 2020 New Pathways Labs are focused on community convening, co-creation, and action! Each lab will reference one or more of BRIDGE’s New Pathways 2020 Talks.
How Talks and Labs Work Together
In alignment with BRIDGE’s mission of advancing equity and justice and promoting mutual understanding and acceptance, all New Pathways Talks are free and accessible to all (and will remain so). New Pathways Labs are an additional BRIDGE offering (pricing below), 50% of the proceeds of which we will use to provide direct support to our community members. These two-hour Labs are opportunities to engage more deeply with the material in our New Pathways Talks and interact with other participants. We will share practical ideas and tools and make space for smaller “breakthrough” sessions. The core objective with Labs? Roll up your sleeves, dig in to deeper learning, and build an even larger professional network. Ultimately, our hope is that you will use these New Pathways Labs to connect with each other and catalyze change while caring for yourselves, your workplaces, and your communities!
These are spaces built for emerging work within our urgent context of change! Remember we are creating a new normal-- not returning to normal!
They will be a hybrid lab that will start as a think tank and be as interactive as our participants can tolerate! Lean in and join us! Everyone is invited ---ALL voices are needed! Action plans will be the outcome!
