Optimism, gratitude, mindfulness, focusing on positive emotions, knowing who we are when we are at our best… All of these things steady us during a crisis, increasing our strength and capacity. We have much to learn from positive psychology about how to navigate these times using our full strength. Learn specific tools to work with the uncertainty of this time.
A note from Gwendolyn: Why now? Developing a growth mindset not only helps us build upon our strengths, but also embrace cultural change. Just as we work with a strengths-based approach at BRIDGE, I am clear that we all need to create change plans right now based on what is already working and the resources we already have in place.
