Zumba® Fitness is Healthy, Entertaining, and right for You! Zumba®, a fusion of Latin and International high-energy music and dance moves, is an international craze that's currently sweeping the world. Designed specifically for and led by special needs young adults, this program provides the local special needs community with physical and mental challenges, as well as socialization opportunities.

The program enhances health and wellness and allows participants to benefit from regular exercise, while having fun too! The routines in this program series are a gentler version of Zumba® with combinations of fast and slow aerobic dance movements that tone and sculpt the body, and includes built-in incremental routines to support steady improvement of the students.

Young adults with special needs are among the most disenfranchised in our society. Participation in Zumba® helps promotes socialization, integration quality of life and joy. Research shows that increased physical fitness helps to promote cardiovascular strength, tone muscles, and sharpen alertness. Participation in music and dance therapy builds self-confidence and self-esteem and improves socialization skills. It also promotes increased body awareness, coordination, motor planning, and help in achieving daily life-skills goals, too. So come join Jessica & PJ for an exhilarating and life transforming hour of dancing fun
--and the most giggles ever!

Let Your Yoga Dance is where joy and fun meet deep and sacred. LYYD is a joyful celebration of body, mind and spirit Its a movement practice that everybody (EVERYBODY) can do because it's offered in a safe, caring, and compassionate environment Great for all ages, bodies, and abilities. No yoga or dance experience necessary.

In a Let Your Yoga Dance class we build community and positivity resonance by combining gentle yoga (no twisting into pretzel shapes), user-friendly dance (no complicated choreography), creativity, and positive psychology with music from around the world. There is a connection between participants, in which self-expression, laughter, and feelings of gratitude come alive. As we move through our seven energy centers of the body, the heart pumps, the brain is engaged, strength and balance are improved, and feelings of love and compassion are shared. Students receive a gentle yoga experience plus an aerobic workout without even knowing it. If you are five or ninety-five, you can participate in this fun-filled practice. There is no "required" floor work; chairs are available for those who wish to move from a seated position or simply take a break.

Everyone is a dancer! Come join us for this hour of FUN! Laughter and smiles are guaranteed ;)
