BRIDGE IDEA Institute Training
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COHORT TRAINING
FOR DEI LEADS, MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS BRIDGE offers support to middle management. Each of these sessions are standalone workshops sequenced to create a solid training course as a whole. Often the senior leaders have guidance from the board and set the vision with supports from consultants and the frontline will get direct service skills and middle management that hold cultural, support staff and implement leaderships and boards‘ vision are less equipped to do so. This cohort provides peer support as well as digs deep in to the skills for organizational and change management intrinsic to DEI/ DEIB/IDEA/JEDI practices. BRIDGE offers affinity groups, facilitates cross-sector collaboration and coaching sessions 1:1 to dig deeper in individual leadership goals. Prerequisite:

Inclusive Leadership Cohort Training
A powerful peer-led cross-sector program for leaders committed to equity and inclusion and movement building for Social Change. First piloted with Berkshire Bank and Greylock Federal Credit Union with Berkshrie Taconic Community Foundation Arts Build Funding, we are now supported and directed by a new Barr Foundation Creative Vitality Program to continue the impactful work of the first Cohort of Leaders. This course is for leaders with a budget, organizational commitment, and commitment to DEI. Following that commitment, leaders are invited to join this cohort to deepen and broaden the impact. BRIDGE strategically maps out a program customized to participants goals and gaps in equity, justice and inclusion work and facilitates peer leadership. Finally a cross sector project emerges. During the Cohort organizational and leadership coaching is made available to support participant goals. Cohort 1 is making impact on theatre engagement of the non-traditional Berkshire audience, shifting pay equity, engagement in values-based procurement with supplier diversity in intentional mutual capacity-building ways.
