Cultural competence training is nothing but a cultural diversity education program. It emphasizes appreciation and focuses on valuing diversity. The aim is to create value in the organization through cultural difference. I think cultural competence is the potency to negotiate cross-cultural difference in order to attain the practical objectives. In my opinion, it's good to gain some knowledge about different cultures because our comprehension will help us to avoid stepping on cross-cultural toes.
