Leading with Mapping Character Strengths | April 27
Leading with Mapping Character Strengths: - Ruth Pearce, JD, PMP, ACC, author of the book Project Motivator and VIA Product & Practice Development Consultant, comes from a more micro level perspective in justice and change. She takes her focus inward towards individual characteristics and how to use them for growth. The Cohort measured their character strengths with the VIA Character Strengths survey. The team took the survey and learned their 5 strongest character strengths. They brought their results to this session to learn how to lean into their strengths and use them to achieve their desires. Ruth also gave insight into how to identify character strengths in others - a powerful tool for inclusive leaders.
