Co-author of a definitive book on hidden disabilities and a consultant supporting the inclusion of people with disabilities, LeDerick Horne shared his lived experience as well as resources and strategies around inclusion. The audience was empowered by a performance of LeDerick’s original spoken-word poetry. Participants in this session learned how to: Develop an organizational culture of inclusion enabling them to optimize the contributions of people with disabilities. Identify the benefits of supporting neurodivergent employees and all other people with disabilities.
