James Baldwin am currently Vice President of Enrollment Management at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. James responsible for teams including Admissions, Financial Aid, Enrollment Services, and Institutional Research and have also lead Disability Resources And Services, the Academic Advising Center, the Academic Coaching and Tutoring Center, and TRIO Student Support Services. Previously, He was Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs and Registrar at Pitt-Bradford. He earned the B.A. and the M.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He was previously Registrar at Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, Pennsylvania, and Assistant Registrar at Purchase College, State University of New York.
